Once we leave our bikes in the shade of trees the little clearwater pond reveals itself to us surrounded by the embrace of the cove:
Oliver: You really that afraid of what I think?
Oliver: Are you really that afraid of what I think?
Elio: This is my spot. All mine. I come here to read. I can’t tell you the number of books I’ve read here.
